This mascara layering technique from Carli Bybel is a huge duh for the mascara-addicts!
I always coat the top of my lashes on the first pass because I can't stand having "dusty" lashes from eye shadow falling on top of them and it helps build volume!
Also, if you want to pull off heavy eye shadow, smokey liner, or a fat cat eye, you need enough mascara to carry the look!
